Can we order sibling pictures together?

Yes! Click on "Have you received another access code?" in the access code login. You can enter a maximum of five access codes at the same time. This will unlock all available photos. This way you can order in combination and save on shipping costs.

There are, of course, various savings packages with which you can mix several access codes. These have a "plus" in their name. More information on this can be found on our FAQ page at www.konfettifotos.de/faq.

I have received an access card with access code - how can I order photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, click on "ACCESS CODE LOGIN" in the main menu, then enter the access code and click on "Open album".

I would like to mix several access codes. Some savings packages do not allow this. What do I do now?

To create a fair offer, there are two different types of savings packages: The savings packages WITHOUT a 'Plus' in the name are valid for a single access code. The savings packages WITH a '+ Plus' in the name, on the other hand, can always be used for several access codes. This means that even if you have several children or individual & family photos, you can put together your favourite products individually - and of course we have remembered that you also receive a higher discount with the '+ Plus' packages.

(Sibling) photos are missing. Where can I find them?

You will often receive several QR code cards from us with different access codes (one for each child and an additional one for sibling/ and family photos). First of all, please make sure that you have entered all the available codes (if necessary, ask the nursery again). Sometimes it is the case that individual children do not want to be photographed under any circumstances. Of course, we respect this and do not force any child in front of the camera. If necessary, ask the teachers if your child may also have been included. If none of the reasons apply, please contact us.

I have received an e-mail with access data - how can I order photos?

If you have received an e-mail with access data, then click on the button in the e-mail where you will be taken to the album. You will then be taken to the "Customer login" page. Enter your access data here, i.e. e-mail address and the password you received via your QR code card, as soon as these have been processed and uploaded.

Where can we see the status of our order, such as receipt of money, production or shipping date?

The easiest way is to click on the link in your order email. Alternatively, you can log in with a password and your e-mail address at "KENNWORT-LOGIN" under "Kundenlogin". You will then find the order details under "My account".

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the payment method. If you pay by PayPal or direct debit, the order will be processed immediately. Payments in advance usually take 3-4 days longer. On the other hand, the delivery time depends on the selected products. You can find the production times in the respective product information.

Is the logo (watermark) removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark only serves to protect against illegal downloads. You will receive both the prints and the digital downloads without watermark after receipt of payment.

What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We work exclusively with selected specialist laboratories. These specialist laboratories use high-quality materials from reputable suppliers so as not to compromise on quality. Should a mistake still occur, we will of course take care of it. You can then simply enter a complaint via your customer account. This will be processed as quickly as possible and if there is a laboratory error, you will of course receive a replacement immediately.

How large can the photos be printed without loss of quality?

All sizes available in the shop can be printed without any problems. The resolution of the photos should even be sufficient up to 60 x 90 cm.

Is it possible to adjust the image section?

Yes, you have the option to do this in the shopping basket. If you reduce the image section, an enlargement of the respective area is created. Look for the stars that indicate whether the resolution of the photo is sufficient for the enlargement. You can also crop a photo so that nothing of the subject is cut off.

I rarely order online - how can I order photos here?

Select a photo in a photo album that you like and click on it. Then select the product of your choice, enter the quantity and click on the button: "Add to shopping cart". Once you have placed all the photos you like in the shopping cart, click on "Shopping cart" in the top right-hand corner and follow the further instructions.

Availability

The photos can be ordered approx. 6 weeks after they have been published in the gallery. After that, the photos are archived and are no longer available to you.

Delivery time

After receipt of payment, the photos will be sent to your home immediately. The delivery time for most products is 2-3 days. Digital downloads can be downloaded directly.

Delivery costs

The shipping costs are set by the sales portal "Fotograf.de", with which we cooperate.

The shipping costs include not only the shipping label, but also the effort and material costs for the packaging process. Since we try to work as plastic-free as possible and with recycled materials, the costs for this are somewhat higher than standard packaging.

Quality

The photos are exposed by our specialised lab. We only use high-quality and durable materials. For the individual products, you

have the choice between high-quality premium HD photo paper in glossy or matt. In the savings packages, matt paper is preset, as this is ordered most frequently.

Why doesn't my order arrive?

Orders are always dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. For this purpose, please make absolutely sure to state exactly the reference you find on your payment information when paying by bank transfer. Otherwise, your order cannot be assigned to your payment and the process will be considerably delayed. In this case, please send us a photo of the transfer slip as proof with the corresponding reference. We will then forward this so that your payment can be assigned individually. If the shipment still takes an unusually long time, please contact us at hallo@konfettifotos.de. We will contact the laboratory and find out what the problem is.

What is the difference between the "Download" savings packages and the upselling function in the print savings packages?

You can independently combine a print savings package and a download savings package. With the individual savings packages, you can decide for yourself which motifs you would like to have as a print or download. Use the "upselling function" of a print package to receive a discount compared to the individual purchase of print & download savings packages. With the upselling function you will receive all ordered single photos from the print savings package additionally as a digital download in original size. You do NOT have the option to freely choose which motifs you would like to receive as a download.

I would like to buy the group photo as a download, is that possible?

Unfortunately, group photos can only be ordered as prints (from 13 x 19 cm) due to the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). If you are only interested in digital downloads, we have created a special savings package for you: With the savings packages 'Downloads "Classic"' and 'Downloads "Classic Plus"' you get 8 or 16 digital downloads and additionally 1 or 2 prints each in 13 x 19 cm, perfect for group photos. This not only saves you the amount of the shipping costs, but even 23 % and 33 % respectively compared to the individual price!
